Bogie
Bulgogi as a hogie. Enjoy it with Lonardi Valpolicella. Both are available in the Shops at Kerrytown. Together they cost a $20.
Styles go in cycles. At one time 3 martini lunches were acceptable. Now they are not.
Some day, Bogie and Valpo lunches will be the norm. Do you have the wherewithal to enjoy such a thing?

Drank half a bottle two nights and had another glass last night. Definitely some really ripe flavors -- raisins, etc -- but I was pleasantly surprised by the acid throughout the finish. Balanced and easy to drink. Held up really well overnight too. Very pleasant stuff.
